New Sales Model

Does the new sales model displayed in the picture make sense to you? Maybe yes, maybe no. The point is that you can’t ignore it. The circles are a simple visual aid and of course will be subjective and have different meanings to different markets. I don’t think the new sales model can totally replace the old one. Social media & Search Engines are very useful tools, but you should never lose the real contact with your customer. The online and offline sales channels have to be up and running both at the same time, working together to maximize ROI.
